• “Do you offer free shipping?”: Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50. Orders below $50 will have a shipping fee applied. If you would prefer, you may also select free local pick up at checkout to pick up from our office in SE Portland. Please note: Will call orders are still subject to the same standard 2-3 day lead time.

• “How are web orders shipped?”: Orders placed before noon are generally shipped 2-3 business days from the time of order through USPS Priority Shipping. Please note: We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times and orders may be subject to shipping delays by USPS.

• “Has my order shipped?”: Once your order ships, you will receive a notification by either email or text (depending on which you specified) with tracking information.
